INFINITY Pinecrest - Cease of Operations

Dear INFINITY Family,

It is with a heavy heart that we share some difficult news. After much consideration and after exhausting every possible alternative, we have made the painful decision to cease operations.

When we opened INFINITY, we did so to create a place where people could improve their health, transform their lives, and feel a true sense of belonging. We invested not only our family's savings, but also our hearts, our time, and our unwavering commitment into building this community.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and years of dedication, we were unable to build a financially sustainable business. Over the past several months, we have been actively negotiating with our landlord in an effort to remain open.

We explored every reasonable option available to us, but our proposals were not accepted, and last Friday (06/26) we received notice requiring us to vacate the premises today (06/30).

We expect to keep our doors open through July 14, 2026, although circumstances beyond our control could require us to close sooner.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision for my family and me, and one that we did everything possible to avoid.

We want to thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your health and wellness journey. Thank you for supporting our family-owned business. Thank you for showing up, working hard, encouraging one another, and helping us create a community that truly embodied our belief that this is a place "where you thrive, grow, and belong."

I’m committed to handling this transition fairly and responsibly. Any necessary prorated adjustments will be made so that you pay only for services provided through our final day of operation. We will reach out individually with additional details regarding memberships and any applicable account adjustments.

While INFINITY's doors may be closing, we sincerely hope that your wellness journey will continue. The habits you have built, the strength you have gained, and the commitment you have shown to yourself are far more important than any one facility. Please continue investing in your health, your well-being, and your future.

Serving this community has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives. We are profoundly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your journey, and we wish each of you and your families health, happiness, and continued success.
